If you're like me and grew up in the 80's and 90's then you were most likely a big Gary Sheffield fan.

Who didn't love his bat waggle? When he was traded to the Detroit Tigers in 2006, I couldn't have been more excited.

The trade led to chef hats all over Comerica Park. Sheffield had his better days before he played for the Tigers in which he played in 172 games while hitting 31 home runs and 100 RBI.

One thing I will always remember about Sheffield are his line drive home runs he would hit. Even at 51, Sheff is still hitting bombs.

He posted a video doing as much on his Instagram page. He captioned it, "51 years old and still has the fastest hands alive #garysheffieldswing haha old man still got it."

The most impressive part about the video is the fact he's smoking a cigar while hitting bombs.
