First it was Kevin Love. Then it was Giannis Antetokounmpo.

And on Friday afternoon Blake Griffin joined the effort in pledging $100,000 to the workers at Little Caesars Arena to help offset their loss of income during the NBA's suspension due to the coronavirus.

Platinum Equity, the group that owns the Pistons, has also committed to paying the part-time employees at LCA, and Ilitch Holdings has established a $1 million fund for workers at Red Wings, Pistons and Tigers games.

Kevin Love, who donated $100,000 to the arena staff at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse on Thursday, commended Griffin via Twitter, saying, "Well Done BG. Big time."

Griffin, 30, has a salary of about $35 million this season.
