When it comes to Lions fans, there really isn't an in-between as to the team drafting Tua Tagovailoa.

Tua is coming off a hip injury that has many fans -- and surely some teams -- concerned about his long-term future in the NFL. To placate those worries, he decided to share a few workout videos Monday evening. And social media was quickly abuzz with his progress.

"I am shocked at how good Tua looks. I did not expect this," NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky said on ESPN's Get Up. "This is a kid that six or seven weeks ago was on crutches. I understand it's a 10-second video, but he looks really good. He looks sudden, he's moving well and he looks like he's in a good place mentally."

Practicing social distancing with the long ball today. Feels good to spin it again.---- #Process

The Alabama quarterback is the favorite to go third overall in the draft. That pick currently belongs to the Lions, but many believe Detroit will trade down with a team like the Dolphins or the Chargers.

Per a report from the combine last month, there's 'no chance' the Lions take Tagovailoa themselves. And that seemed to be confirmed when the team signed backup Chase Daniel to a three-year deal last week.

But the better Tua looks in approach of the draft, the more the Lions stand to benefit. If several teams believe he's their quarterback of the future, Detroit can increase its return in a potential trade.

"We've had the medical reports, we've had his checkups, we've had the MRI's, and those have been really good. And now this video gets released. I think this video is going to set off a chain of events, almost like an arms race or maybe like a game of chicken between the Chargers and the Dolphins and maybe the Raiders," Orlovsky said.

Tua's most likely landing spot, at the moment, is considered Miami.
